Ingredients of Matka Malai Kulfi
a) Whole milk: 1-liter
b) Saffron: 1 pinch
c) Chopped mixed dry fruit: 1/3 cup (Pistachio, Cashew nuts, and almond)
d) Sugar: 100 gm
How To Prepare Matka Malai Kulfi
a) Turn on the flame and put the milk in a frying pan and let it boil.
b) Simmer the flame, then add sugar and stir it.
c) Boil the milk on low-medium flame until its decreased to 1/4th of its original quantity (keep on stirring in between).
d) Turn off the flame and let it cool down for some time.
e) Add chopped dry fruits and saffron into the prepared malai and mix it well.
f) Take matka or kulhar and fill the pot with the prepared malai in it. Also, sprinkle minute saffron threads on it.
g) Cover it with foil paper and place it in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours.
h) It’s time to take out from freezer now and garnish it with chopped almond and pistachio.
i) Matka Malai Kulfi is ready to serve now.
Note: You may add the saffron and dry fruits at the time of milk boiling also.
