In a shocking incident from Rajasthan, a 28-year-old woman from Delhi was brutally gang-raped by at least 23 men in Bikaner.
According to the report, she was thrown near the same temple where she was picked.
She had come to Ridmalsar Purohitan in Bikaner on September 25, 2017, in connection to check her residential plot near Khatu Shyam Ji temple.
And then while she was on her way back, she was waiting for the vehicle near Khatu Shyam Mandir on the Jaipur Road at around 2:30 PM.
And then two of the men forcibly dragged her inside a car at around 4 AM on September 26, after she refused a lift and then raped her for many hours inside the SUV car.
The woman also stated in her complaint that the culprits summoned six other men who also sexually assaulted her….
She was then taken to a Palana village where there is government power substation and more men allegedly raped her. The victim is from New French Colony of Delhi.
The victim said:
“I WAS FORCEFULLY PICKED WHEN I DENIED TWO MEN, WHO OFFERED ME LIFT FROM JAIPUR HIGHWAY IN A BOLERO SUV.”
A case has been registered on September 27 against the suspects and 21 unknown culprits at Narayan Vyas Colony police station. Rajendra Singh, investigating officer said that cops had recovered condoms from the incident spot in her complaint.
“SHE HAS RECORDED HER STATEMENT BEFORE A MAGISTRATE UNDER SECTION 164 OF CrPC”.
According to National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), Rajasthan is third-highest in the matter of rape….
According to the report of the year 2015, nearly 3,644 rape cases were filed in Rajasthan, making it the third most insecure state for women after Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
The station house officer of JNVC police station, Harjinder Singh, said that the suspects were identified as Subhash and Raju.
“WE HAVE DONE THE MEDICAL EXAMINATION OF VICTIM, AND THE REPORT IS AWAITED”.
