1. Mustard Oil
Mustard oil has been used for centuries as a food additive. It proves as a miracle for health problems. It enhances the blood circulation near the knees.
a) Heat the mustard oil over medium heat.

7. Eucalyptus Oil

b) Soak it in the water over night, and strain the liquid in the morning.

a) Mix 3 cups of grape juice and Half a tablespoon of pectin.
b) Consume this mixture twice daily for two weeks.

11. Cold Compress
Cold compresses reduces the blood flow in the affected knee and compresses the blood vessels. Therefore, reduces the swelling.
a) Take 5-6 ice cubes in the towel
b) Place it on the painful area
c) Leave it for 10-20 minutes
d) Repeat it daily.
