a) Ramen Noodle Block
b) Ramen Flavoring (1/2 a packet per block depending on your taste)
c) Shredded Cheese
d) 1 Egg per ramen block


a) Cook Ramen Noodles without flavoring.

b) Boil on stove or microwave with water for 3:00

c) Drain water and allow ramen to cool down.

d) Combine 1 egg per ramen block and 1/4-1/2 packet of seasoning per ramen block in a separate bowl.

e) Add Cooled ramen to egg mix so egg covers all of the noodles.

f) Pour noodle/egg mixture into a frying pan which is heated and oiled.

g) Let it fry until it looks 1/2 cooked, you should be able to slide a spatula under it at this point.

h) Flip it and cook the other half.

i) Pour few shredded cheese onto that omelet and slide it onto a plate.

3. Maggi cutlets

a) 200 gm Maggi packet
b) 1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, bell peppers)
c) 2 medium sized onions, finely chopped
d) 2 Tbsp spinach, chopped in strips
e) 2 Tbsp garlic, finely chopped
f) 3 medium sized potatoes, boiled)
g) 1 Tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
h) 1 Maggi tastemaker masala
i) 2 Tbsp green chilies, finely chopped
j) 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
k) Black salt and plain salt, to taste
l) Oil, for pan frying tikis
m) 1/2 tsp red chili powder
n) 1/2 tsp chaat masala
o) 1/2 tsp amchur powder


a) Boil Maggi noodles with 1 teaspoon oil but without the masala for 3 minutes.

b) Mash potatoes and add onions, green chilies, all the spices, garlic along with the Maggi tastemaker masala and mix them thoroughly.

c) Now add the boiled noodles in the batter.

d) Do not overcook the mixing otherwise the noodles will get soft and loose their texture.

e) Make cutlets of the shape from the mixture you want.

f) Make sure that the cutlets are not very thick otherwise it will take more time in cooking.

g) Spread a drop of oil on your palm while making the cutlets if the mixture is sticking on your palm.

h) Pan fry with a little bit of oil until it becomes golden brown.

i) Serve it hot with tomato ketchup and chutney.

a) 1 packet Maggi noodles
b) coriander (dhania) leaves
c) 3/4 tsp chili powder
d) 2 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
e) 150 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
f) salt to taste
g) oil for frying
h) 2 green chilies, (cut into small pieces)


a) Boil the noodles and remove the extra water.

b) Now mix everything together

d) Make small boland fry until it becomes brown.

a) 1-1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
b) 1/2 Bunch of Coriander
c) Salt
d) Few walnuts (9-10 unbroken/scant fist full broken)
e) Few sprigs of Mint (7-8)
f) 1/4 of a lemon
g) Grated Parmesan Cheese (Optional)


a) Cook the instant noodles as per the packet instructions. DO not add the tastemaker.
b) Once prepared, wash with water and let it cool.
c) Add a little oil so that it does not stick to each other.
d) Pass the ingredients as above (Lemon juice, oil, and salt] through the mixer and pestle).
e) Add little more olive oil if you need.
f) Mix the pesto in the Maggi and grate some parmesan cheese as per your need.
h) Serve it with love.

9. Maggi scotch eggs

a) 6 pcs fresh extra small fresh eggs
b) 2 pcs egg, beaten
c) 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
d) 1/4 cup grated and squeezed singkamas
e) 1 tbsp pickle relish
f) 1/4 cup NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
g) 1/4 cup lean ground pork
h) 1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
i) 1/2 cup Japanese bread crumbs
j) 2 liters vegetable oil for deep frying
k) 1 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
l)1 tbsp chopped green bell pepper


a) Combine NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk and breadcrumbs and set apart for 2 minutes.

b) Combine with ground pork, pickle relish, bell peppers and singkamas.

c) Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and place in the chiller for about 1 hour.

d) Simultaneously, place eggs in a container and cover it with 1 inch of water.

e) Bring to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

f) Drain and put under running water until cooled. Peel and set apart.

g) Divide meat mixture into 6 portions.

h) Flatten mixture in a cling film. Place hard-cooked eggs with flour and place it amid of the mixture.

i) Wrap hardly with the cling film. Place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

j) Remove from the cling film, coat with breadcrumbs and beaten egg.

k) Refrigerate it for another 15 minutes.

l) Preheat oil and deep fry Scotch eggs until it becomes golden brown.

m) Drain excess oil and transfer into a serving plate and serve.

10. Spicy Maggi vegetable balls (Fritters)

a) 2 cup boiled maggie noodles(any noodles)
b) ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
c) 1 teaspoon lemon juice
d) ½ cup finely chopped boiled carrots
e) ½ cup finely chopped capsicum/green bell pepper
f) ½ cup grated cheese
g) 1 cup besan(gram flour/chickpeas flour)
h) ½ cup boiled peas
i) 2 teaspoon red chilly powder
j) Oil for frying
k) ¼ teaspoon of asafoetida
l) Salt


a) Take a pan and cook Maggie noodles as per the instructions listed on the packet.

b) Add peas, capsicum, salt, carrots, and 1 teaspoon red chilly powder.

c) Make the noodles completely dry otherwise, it will be difficult to make the balls out of it.

d) Switch off the gas stove. Add grated cheese and mix it well.

e) Take besan in a bowl.

f) Add salt, lemon juice, asafoetida, 1 teaspoon red chilly powder, turmeric powder, water and make a thin paste to deep all the balls before frying.

g) Now wet your hands and take about 2 spoons of noodles and make a small ball. Make all the balls similarly.

h) Heat oil in a frying pan. The pan should be 1/2 filled with oil.

i) Put the balls in besan batter and deep fry 4 to 5 at a time. Fry all the balls in the group.

j) Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
