Soursop is the fruit of the Graviola tree that is a miraculous natural anti-cancer that is 10,000 times stronger than Chemo.
Juice from the Graviola fruit is called “Soursop” that is great for the health. It’s an incredible immunity booster.
It has cancer killing abilities that stronger than Adriamycin which is cancer killing drug used in chemo but without any side effects.
Graviola plant will effectively target and kill cancer cells without harming other healthy cells!
Step 1 – Mash The Fruit
a) To make a thick soursop shake or juice, mash the fruit. For this, select a ripe fruit (if pressing down on the skin leaves a dent, that means the fruit is perfect).
b) Or ripe fruits with the yellow-green skin by keeping them at room temperature for a few days to ripen.
c) Wash the Graviola fruit well because of its thorny exterior, which collects dirt in the grooves. The skin can be peeled by hand.
d) Discard off the skin, de-seed and squeeze out the flesh in a large bowl.
e) Now, add 1/2 cup of milk and 1 cup of water for every ripe soursop (roughly 450 grams).
f) Now squeeze out the flesh juice using your hand into the milk-water mixture.
g) Keep squeezing completely until you have the fibrous core left in your hand.
h) Throw away and stir the juice, water, and milk well and you are done.
Step 2 – Strain The Fruit
a) In the same way as the previous method, wash and peel the fruit.
b) Now, deseed it and chops the flesh.
Note: As this liberates a lot of the soursop’s juice, do it in a large bowl where you can store the final juice.
c) Now use a fine mesh strainer, strain the juice.
Note: The strainer should be just large enough but not so large that the fibers get away the mesh and fall into the juice.
d) Then, strain the pulp fully by pushing down with the back of a spoon until only the fibers last.
e) You can also add a little milk to make it creamier.
f) The addition of components such as ginger, lime juice, sugar (Use low-calorie sugar substitute if you are on a diet) boosts the flavor of soursop.
Vanilla and Nutmeg accompany the flavor of the fruit as well.
Step 3 – Blend The Fruit
For a thick, no-fuss soursop juice, you can use this method.
a) Firstly, clean and peel this ripe fruit.
b) De-seeds and cut up the flesh into large chunks.
c) In a blender, pour the mixture and add a half cup of milk or water.
Note: Don’t worry about the fibrous pulp let in the fruit mix. It is all juiced up by the blender.
Depending on how thick you want the juice to be, you can add the desired amount of liquid.
Also, if you are making servings for a few, just remember that this method will have more juice because we are using all of the fruit, even the pulp.
So, make sure you don’t make extra glasses of the soursop juice.
