Pradyuman Ryan International school in Bhondsi area, Sohna Road, Gururgram was found dead with his throat slit in the washroom on September 8, 2017.
A gardener of school, Harpal says that the boy was lying on the corridor and not inside the toilet as it was being claimed.
The gardener further said that a teacher named Anju was the first one to be alerted by the students.
He further says that bus conductor Ashok, who is in judicial custody at present was not present inside the washroom, and he entered the incident spot from an entrance near the water cooler.
Harpal even claims he saw the Class II student in a pool of blood when few students warned him. The officials of Ryan International School move to Supreme Court for transfer of murder case outside local court at Sohna.
The DNA samples of accused bus conductor Saurabh Raghav was sent to Karnal lab for testing.

The post-mortem report of the kid on Tuesday had confirmed that Pradyuman died due to excessive bleeding.
Dr. Deepak Mathur, who conducted his post mortem, also said there were two cuts on his body and a nerve was cut due to which he could call anyone for help when he was hit.
“THE SECOND POINT THAT REVELED IN THE REPORT IS THAT THE CHILD IS DIED DUE TO EXTRA BEELDI NG. THERE WAS NO SEXUAL ASSUALT ON THE MINOR AND NO SEMEN MARKS WERE FOUND ON HIS SCHOOL DRESS” he said.
The school bus driver Saurabh claimed the school teachers made Kumar a victim. Raghav confessed that the knife used in the killing was not kept in the tool box inside the box, as claimed by accused conductor Ashok Kumar.
When asked about the Ashok’s first reaction after seeing Pradyuman lying on the corridor, Harpal added the accused was quiet with no blood marks on his clothes.
The father of the boy murdered filed an application on Wednesday in the Bombay High Court seeking discharge of the pre-arrest bail pleas of the school trustees.
