Stage 6: Severe Cognitive Decline (or Middle Dementia)

People in stage 5 needs help to carry out their daily activities. They tend to forget the names of their closes family members and do not remember even the recent events. Stage 7: Very Severe Cognitive Decline (or Late Dementia)
