BEAUMONT, California: Smoky wildfire threatened thousands of people and expensive homes on Wednesday in Burbank, north of Los Angeles, as an intense heat wave continued to bear down on Southern California.
The Fire, burning south of Beaumont, had burned approximately 6,309 acres as of Wednesday night and about 77 percent contained at nightfall according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
A large brush fire that has burned for approximately three days has threatened the rural communities throughout the Banning Pass.
Firefighters have optimistic Wednesday..!!!
The officials said that an ‘Evacuation Warning’ that had been in place for few communities including Mount Edna, Twin Pines, Poppet Flats and Silent Valley is now lifted.

Though the evacuation warnings have been lifted, the motorists were advised to proceed with caution while using state Route 79 and 243 and to be prepared to give to fire personnel.
The fire which is Sparked by a traffic crash in Lambs Canyon/SR-79 on Monday at 3 p.m. quickly spread due to high temperatures and strong winds.
By Monday night, it had increased rapidly to 5,000 acres.

According to the report, approximately 1,300 personnel were deployed on the fire lines, helped by the multiple air and water tankers dropping helicopters, bulldozers and water tenders.
Firefighters responded from the county, along with Beaumont, Hemet, Idyllwild, Murrieta, Corona, San Bernardino County and Riverside.
The Firefighters faced another day of around triple-digit temperatures, with the mercury level expected to drop just a few degrees from Tuesday’s blaze.
The fire also gives rise to a smoke advisory from the South Coast Air Quality Management District, alert that air quality could reach unhealthy levels in the areas directly influenced by smoke, including most of the San Gorgonio Pass, Coachella Valley, and San Jacinto.
The helping was extended through Thursday morning…!!
Riverside County public health officials advised the inhabitants in the affected areas to stay indoors with all their windows closed and AC on.
Around 10 acres had been destroyed in the hills near Burbank Airport.
Evacuation orders were issued for more than 50 homes…….!!
But according to the fire, the fire was held to 10 acres and is now 80% contained.

After three days of fighting the Manzanita fire in the south of Beaumont has stopped now.
Capt. Lucas Spelman, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department said, and by Wednesday evening, the firefighter had gotten containment lines approximately 77% of the blaze.
