Homemade Dry Holi Color Powder Recipes

Tip 1:

You Will Need:

a) 200-grams arrowroot powder
b) 50-gram marigold flowers
c) 100-gram turmeric
d) 20-gram orange peel powder
e) 20 drops sandalwood or lemon essential oil

Steps:

a) Put all the above ingredients into a big plastic mixing bowl or tub
b) Mix all with your hands and rub them together.
c) This will give you a yellow color.

You Will Need:

a) 2 parts turmeric powder
b) 4 parts besan flour

a) Combine turmeric powder and besan in the quantities mentioned above.
b) It will give you Dry Yellow Holi color.

b) Wheat flour
c) Besan

b) Immerse the flowers in a bucket filled with water the entire night.
c) It will give you saffron (orange) color.

Note: You can also add the high-quality henna powder to it.

You Will Need:

a) 1 to 2 kg beetroot
b) 1 cup water

a) Boil few pieces of beetroot in enough water in the cooker to get dark magenta or purple watercolor.
