a) 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
b) 3 tablespoons white sugar
c) 1/4 cup butter, melted
d) 1/2 cup water
e) 3 eggs
f) 2 cups white chocolate chips
g) 1 (10 ounces) package frozen raspberries
h) 2 tablespoons white sugar
i) 2 teaspoons cornstarch
j) 1/2 cup white sugar
k) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
l) 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
m) 3 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese, softened

How To Prepare White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

a) In a medium bowl, mix together cookie crumbs, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar.

b) Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

c) In a saucepan, combine cornstarch, 2 tablespoons sugar, raspberries, and water.

d) Boil it, and continue boiling for 5 minutes, or until sauce becomes thick.

e) Strain sauce through a mesh strainer to eliminate seeds.

f) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

g) In a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt white chocolate chips with half-and-half, stirring occasionally until it becomes smooth.

h) In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth.

i) Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in melted white chocolate and vanilla.

j) Pour half of batter over crust.

k) Spoon 3 tablespoons raspberry sauce over batter.

l) Pour remaining cheesecake batter into the pan, and again spoon 3 tablespoons raspberry sauce over the top.

m) Swirl batter with the tip of a knife to create a marbled effect.

n) Bake it for 55 to 60 minutes, or until filling is set.

o) Cool it and cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 8 hours before removing from pan.

p) Serve it with remaining raspberry sauce.
