Ingredients of Raw mango Summer Juice
a) Raw mango-5 (medium size)
b) Sugar-200 gm
c) Salt-1/2 tsp
d) Mint leaves-1/3 cup
e) Black salt-1/2 tsp
g) Ice cubes
h) Lemon juice-1 tsp
i) Roasted cumin seeds powder-1 tsp
Steps to prepare Raw mango Summer Juice
a) Wash the fresh mango properly and boil it with 3 cups of water in the pressure cooker for one whistle.
b) Allow it to cool down, extract the water and keep the water to one side for further use.
c) Now, peel the boiled mango and separate the pulp in a bowl.
d) In a blending jar add mango pulp, mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, salt, roasted cumin powder, black salt and ice cubes.
e) Blend it into thick smooth juice and transfer the mixture into a jar.
f) Consume it immediately (recommended) or Use it for up to 2 to 3 days.
a) Take a glass, add black salt and few ice cubes into the glass.
b) Fill half of the glass with prepared mango panna and dilute it with chilled water as per your need.
c) Decorate with mint leaves and serve mango panna chilled.
