1. Reverse Fishtail Braid
You Will Need:
b) Rat-tail comb
d) Spray bottle
e) 1 tiny hair rubber band
f) 1 hair band
g) Hair accessory (optional)
Time Needed: 5 to 8 minutes
Skill Level: Medium
a) Start by combing your hair into a high ponytail and set it using a hair band.
b) Separate the ponytail into two equal hair sections.
c) Take a tiny piece of hair from the outside edge of the right part and take it behind the remaining of that of the similar sections.
d) Now combine this into the inside edge of the left section.
e) Take a small part from the outside edge of the left section.
f) Take this behind the remaining of that section and mix it into the inside edge of the right part (opposite to step c) and d)).
g) Continue steps c) d) e) and f) over and over again till you reach the end of the hair.
h) After entering the end, fix it using rubber bands.
i) To create a romantic look, tug the edges of your braid.
j) Add the hair accessory (ribbon, clip or bow) as desired.
2. Inverted Fishtail Crown Braid
a) Part your hair on the right side and select hair sections on the heavy site and divide it into two sections.
b) Separate a tiny part from the back section and pass it underneath and include it in the front section.
c) Separate off the tiny section from the front half, crossing it underneath and include it in the back section.
d) Repeat the step b) and select a hairpiece while adding it to the braid as well.
e) Repeat step d), choosing the hair section and pass both underneath to the opposite side.
f) Continue braiding the hair while creating the Dutch Fishtail braid line over the left ear towards the head’s back.
g) Replace hand while braiding the head’s back prior switching them back again once the braid reaches the head’s right side.
h) End in a standard fishtail, after you bought the hair into the twist.
i) Softly lose the side of the braid to create a fuller braid before fixing it using a rubber band.
j) Place the tail behind the starting of the twist and fix it down with the hairpins.
k) Set the style using hairspray!!!
3. Mermaid Fishtail Braid (Double Fishtail Braid)
Time Needed: 15 to 20 minutes
a) Begin by combining your hair and partition them into two equal sections.
b) Put another hair section and set it using rubber bands.
c) Begin working on a part and partition this hair section into two equal parts.
d) Now, take a tiny hair section and then bring it underneath to the right hair strand.
e) Bring another one and then add it to the left hair strand.
f) Continue doing this and fix it using rubber bands.
g) Continue working in other hair section and do the similar thing with another hair strand.
h) Partition the hair section into two halves, and the continue making a fishtail braid.
i) Take a tiny hair strand for the left side and bring it underneath to the right one.
j) Continue bringing the hair strand from the right side and then bring it underneath the left hair strand.
k) Set the braid reaching the end and just make sure you set the hair similar to the first level.
l) Take hair strand and insert the left side of the braid.
m) Take other hair section of the twist and then add the right side of the braid.
n) To set it, use bobby pins first on the crown and then in the bottom.
o) Finally, fix it using rubber bands.
