The 112 feet tall statue of ‘Adiyogi’ Lord Shiva unveiled by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 24, 2017, has been declared the largest sculpture in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records.
The Guinness had declared the announcement on its website. Isha Foundation led by Guru Jaggi Vasudev had set up the Adiyogi statue which now attracts many people with its charm daily.

Isha Foundation also has schemes to set up three more sculptures of same height all over the country.
This is the second time the foundation had discovered itself in Guinness books world record.
On October 17, 2006, the Isha foundation had also entered the Guinness Book for planting millions of saplings.
